Job Description/Purpose

To oversee all the maintenance activities in the heavy equipment within the site and outside of the site, to ensure high equipment availabilities, and to ensure in an active involvement in training the crews

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule employees shift and time-off request.
  • Assigned duties to the crews and oversee their progress
  • Provide guidance and feedback to employee when needed.
  • Ensure the company rules and regulations are followed
  • Handle crew complains and resolves where necessary.

Job Description/Purpose

To supervise and maintain all maintenance activities in the Heavy Equipment Workshop at the company to ensure high equipment availabilities. And also, to involve in training the staff which requires strong coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Demonstrate mechanic skills by diagnosing and fault finding of HME, component repairs and team player
