To oversee all the maintenance activities in the heavy equipment within the site and outside of the site, to ensure high equipment availabilities, and to ensure in an active involvement in training the crews

• Manage daily schedule employees shift and time-off request.
• Assigned duties to the crews and oversee their progress
• Provide guidance and feedback to employee when needed.
• Ensure the company rules and regulations are followed
• Handle crew complains and resolves where necessary.
• Ensure the correct use of hand tooling
• Ensure all spare parts and consumable is recorded and wastage is controlled

Able to create a good working environment to the crews by guiding them, teaching and sharing ideas and knowledge together.

To supervise and maintain all maintenance activities in the Heavy Equipment Workshop at the company to ensure high equipment availabilities. And also, to involve in training the staff which requires strong coaching and mentoring skills.

• Demonstrate mechanic skills by diagnosing and fault finding of HME, component repairs and team player
• Able to coordinate work by planning and maintaining, communicate realistic repairs, use of specialized tooling, ensure correct maintenance practice are followed in their maintenance, maintain a high standard workshop safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Lead by examples with regards to all Heavy Mobile Equipment Safety at work by understanding isolations, identify hazards and report, driving skills, Safe Service Truck operations.
• Ensure contamination control measures and procedures are followed,

• Able to use a specialized tool, Hydraulic Cylinder bench tool for assembly and disassembly of cylinders.
• Participated in fabrication of lube system and also fabrication of track coil spring assembly bench.
