Safe operation, monitoring and control of the Rehab mix plant and its auxiliary systems and processes.

• Lead production shift in the Rehab Mix plant and supervising the Rehab Mix plant assistants.
• Ensure the plant is operated according to authorized production, design and technical limits.
• Ensure equipment maintenance issues are identified, fixed where appropriate or are reported through the maintenance systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures for all activities and issues permits as per Base permit to work procedures.

Produce product on specification at the required recoveries through safe and efficient means.

• Optimizing the plant separation equipment and machines so as to determine the optimum operating parameters, i.e. High tension roll, Rare earth roll, Rare earth drum, Atritioner, dewatering cyclones, Classifiers, Vibrating screens.
• Achieve production throughput and qualities as per the production plan in the Mineral separation plant and Wet concentrator plant.
• Calibrating and verification of plant instruments i.e. densitometers, impact weighers, screw feeder, conveyor belts and samplers, to ensure efficient functioning in relation to set SCADA parameters
• Coordinating with process team to ensure improvement of the plant in terms of productivity, quality and technical reliability
