Responsible for monitoring and managing security systems to ensure the safety and security of the organization’s personnel, property, and assets.

• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with field security personnel as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter secure areas.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, including the nature of the incident, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with field security teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive security coverage.
• Recommend improvements to existing security procedures to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide clear and concise communication during incidents to ensure effective response and resolution.

• Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the security Manager/superintendent and
  supervisor.
• Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication.
• Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the duty Manager/superintendent and
  supervisor on time.
• Report any fault of any working equipment on time if any.
• Report any alarm activation to the respective department and duty Manager/superintendent
  and supervisor.
• Monitor the external security situation and provide the best routes and road status to company
  drivers.
• Manage the main switchboard, answer all the calls and direct them to the right department
  promptly and courteously.
• Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations for efficiency
• Any other duty as directed by the Manager or line Manager.
