• Operate and monitor equipment such as pumps, rare earth roll magnets, H.T.R machines, conveyor belts, bucket elevators, drum magnet, dryers, and other machinery involved in the production process.
• Adjust process parameters (e.g., flow rates, temperatures, pressures) to maintain optimal operating conditions and meet production targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance tasks and  coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, process parameters, equipment readings, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and resolve complex issues.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction

To operate and maintain lathes and other precision machining equipment to produce parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Set up and operate manual lathes to cut, shape, and finish workpieces to precise specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to determine the machining operations required.
• Select and mount cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and other accessories necessary for the machining process.
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy of finished parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality defects, surface finish, and adherence to dimensional tolerances.
• Identify and resolve issues related to machine performance, tool wear, or dimensional inaccuracies during the machining process.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on lathes and machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
