• Ensure safe work procedures are followed and implemented for all activities in the team.
• Leading, training and coaching the team on task at hand and laid down procedures.
• Generating of daily reports on all issues impacting shift output and escalate as per requirements.
• Ensuring plan equipment / machinery are utilized efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring mix quality meets the required standard.

Worked with heavy machinery such CAT Loader, Back-hoe, Excavator to move materials at site.

• Actively participated in the mining activities using equipment such as Hydraulic Mining Unit (H.M.U), which involved the gun positioning, pipework and launder maintenance.
• Perform daily routine maintenance and inspections on machines including lubrication and monitoring and report of any defects.
• Train others on the operation of loaders, back-hoe and excavators.
• Operate loader to feed the High Mineral Concentration (HMC) hopper and stock piling of the HMC.
