Performing establishment and management activities in PMLU Agribusiness Trial Project.

• Maintaining and operating tools and equipment used in land rehabilitation activities, such as hand tools, planting equipment, irrigation systems, and vehicles.
• Crop establishment and development.
• Conducting regular monitoring of restored sites to assess progress, detect issues, and make necessary adjustments to restoration plans. This may involve collecting data on vegetation growth, soil health, water quality, and wildlife presence.
• Keeping detailed records of restoration activities, including planting schedules, site observations, monitoring data, and project expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks to personnel and the environment during land rehabilitation operations.
• Selecting and planting appropriate native vegetation species to restore plant communities and enhance biodiversity.

Crop Farming, Poultry and Cattle rearing.

• Crop management which include monitoring and maintaining crop health.
• Operating and maintaining farm equipment/machinery.
• Land management which include activities such as rotating crops to maintain soil fertility and prevent diseases.
• Financial Management – Budgeting and financial planning for the farm operation.
• Livestock Care – feeding and watering animals regularly & monitoring animal health and treating illnesses or injuries.
