Job Description/Purpose

To support the delivery of the allocated HR project(s) and provide other assigned generalist HR and IT duties in an effective and efficient manner

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate updates, instructions, and changes from the employer to employees through meetings, toolboxes, and direct interactions.
  • Generate detailed progress reports from the BT Skills Database to track employee development and identify skill gaps.
  • Manage the company staff finder system by updating, adding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Lead the Base Titanium ‘Life After Base’ project, equipping employees with skills and resources for post-employment opportunities.
  • Advise employees on using the BT Skills Database for career development, self-assessment, and training opportunities.
  • Take professional photos and complete employee profiles to ensure up-to-date records for identification and HR purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to the company by handling HR-related tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate various projects, including trainings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Perform accurate data entry and analysis to identify trends, maintain records, and support decision-making processes.
  • Create and present reports to management that highlight employee performance, project outcomes, and system updates.

  • Improved the BT Skills Database UI and backend through debugging and addition of features.
