Job Description/Purpose

To provide first line generalist HR support to assigned Departments in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence.
  • Leading and coaching all levels of management to effectively optimize organizational talent and employee development.
  • Recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates.
