To assess, monitor, and manage the ecological impacts of industrial activities within the mine site.

• Design and implement ecological monitoring programs to assess the impact of activities on local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.
• Conduct field surveys to gather data on biodiversity, habitat quality, water quality, air quality, and soil conditions.
• Gather and analyze environmental data to evaluate the effectiveness of environmental management plans.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Implement corrective actions or mitigation measures to address environmental issues identified during monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, engineering) to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of environmental management plans (EMPs) and environmental impact assessments (EIAs).

I have been able to restore endangered species (flora & fauna) through creation of suitable environments to foster their growth e.g. Wetlands, Forests.

Creating a positive and engaging learning environment, delivering curriculum-based lessons, and nurturing the social and academic growth of students.

• Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and educational objectives.
• Establish and maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Deliver curriculum-based lessons to students on subjects like C.R.E, Science, Mathematics, Kiswahili & English.
• Assess student learning through various methods such as tests, quizzes, projects, and observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, empathy, and teamwork among students.
