Welcome to the Base Titanium Employee Skills Database.

Over our years of operation in Kenya we have recruited over 1000 people. We have invested a vast amount of time and money in training our employees to ensure their skills, knowledge, and experiences match international standards. With our impending mine closure, we want to introduce our people to you. We have created this database so that you will have access to candidates who have been trained, tried, and tested. We are sure you will find someone to meet your needs, and in doing so, you will ultimately reduce your recruitment time.

Using the database and searching for your candidates is easy. Just follow the below steps:

  1. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  2. When searching for candidates there are two options:
    • Use the “Search Skills or Positions” button above. Just type in the position or skill you are looking for and any candidates that match your search will appear OR
    • Browse by Department using the drop-down above to see the types of positions that we have and the candidates that hold those positions.
  3. Once you have found a suitable candidate, you can contact them directly using the provided contact details.
  4. Please note that Base will not track your usage unless specified in the Terms and Conditions.
